W&A is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Harini Sridharan as the Head of Indian Business & Investment. In this role, Harini will lead W&A’s strategic initiatives to enhance engagement with Indian businesses, facilitate cross-border investments, and strengthen economic partnerships between India and Vietnam.
With extensive expertise in international taxation, corporate finance, and business strategy, Harini has played a pivotal role in guiding businesses through market entry, regulatory compliance, and cross-border mergers & acquisitions. Her deep understanding of the Indian and Vietnamese financial and legal landscapes enables her to provide strategic advisory services tailored to international investors.
Before joining W&A, Harini held key positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) India, Ford Motor Private Limited, and TVS Group, where she specialized in GST structuring, financial due diligence, and corporate compliance. In addition to her corporate experience, she successfully built a private consulting practice, offering Virtual CFO services, tax advisory, and business structuring solutions.
Harini is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), Company Secretary (ACS), and a member of the Indian Business Chamber in Hanoi. She has also been an active contributor to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in Vietnam, where she has led key initiatives and professional engagements. Her thought leadership is further reflected in her authored publications, speaking engagements, and contributions to industry journals.
As Head of Indian Business & Investment, Harini will continue to play a crucial role in supporting Indian enterprises in Vietnam, providing high-quality tax, legal, and business advisory services, and fostering strong bilateral trade relations.
