W&A CONSULTING JOINS VIAC'S FINTECH AND DIGITAL ECONOMY DISPUTE EXPERTS PANEL

Mr. Phan Hoai Nam – CEO of W&A Consulting and arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) – has officially joined VIAC's FinTech and Digital Economy Dispute Experts Panel.

The Panel brings together legal experts, arbitrators, lawyers, fintech specialists, policymakers, and industry representatives to research and develop dispute resolution frameworks that keep up with how fast FinTech and the digital economy are moving.

With technology-driven business models, data, digital assets, and digital platforms becoming the norm, new legal disputes are popping up that existing frameworks weren't built to handle. This makes it increasingly urgent to develop risk management and dispute resolution approaches that are practical, adaptable, and fit for cross-border digital transactions.

With a background spanning dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, and investment and corporate advisory, Mr. Phan Hoai Nam will bring hands-on expertise and legal insight to the Panel. He will work alongside fellow members to develop modern dispute resolution mechanisms that can actually keep up with where the digital economy is heading.
